Preparation and Characterization of Modified Polyurethane by Polydimethylsiloxane |
초록 |
Segmented polyurethane (PU) elastomers have great commercial importance and wide industrial application as adhesives, coatings and industrial fibers by adhesive strength, good elasticity and flexible. The segmented PU elastomers are formed from the hard segments which act as physical crosslinks while the soft segments act as the elastic network. Unfortunately, general PU elastomer has low thermal resistance and low mechanical properties. In this study, Elastomer based on PU-Silicone hybrid was successfully fabricated by monodicarbinol terminated polydimethylsiloxane for enhance dynamic mechanical properties. Fabricated elastomer property was investigated by Gel Permeating Chromatography (GPC), Shore JA, Thermomechanical Analysis (TMA), Rheometer. |
