제목 π-Conjugated Polydiacetylene/Phospholipid Bilayer Supported on 2D Transition Metal Dichalcogenides
초록 Polydiacetylene (PDA), a conjugated polymer, shows colorimetric transition against various stimulations. PDA is amphiphilic molecules which can be assembled in bilayer form. Transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) recently have significant attraction because some of them have unique property as semiconductors with sizable bandgaps. Until now, a few researches have been carried about bio-functionalization of TMDCs which are known to be chemically inert but direct functionalization to yield loss of its exotic properties upon direct functionalization. In this study, we first fabricated assembled planar bilayer on TMDCs using diacetylene/lipid complex by vesicle fusion method for the first time. Fabrication of planar bilayer on TMDCs enables wide range of biological applications of TMDCs. The characterization of planar bilayer was accomplished with atomic force microscopy, Raman spectroscopy. We can investigate physiological processes in the interface of lipid bilayer and solid support.
