제목 Design of AuNR conjugates with  disulfide cleavage linkages for photodynamic and photothermal therapy of cancer  
초록 Over the recent years, the use of plasmonic metal nanostructures such as gold nanoparticles (AuNP) for phototherapy has attracted considerable attention as a powerful non-invasive technique for various cancer treatments. In this study, a AuNR-photosensitizer conjugate with glutathione-sensitive linkages has been successfully developed for synergistic photodynamic therapy (PDT) and photothermal therapy (PTT). A series of AuNRs with different aspect ratio were synthesized by seeded growth method. Then, FA-conjugated block copolymers were employed to modify AuNRs. The physicochemical properties of the multifunctional AuNRs-based system were evaluated. In addition, the cellular uptake and phototoxicity test were demonstrated using MCF 7 and A549 cell lines in vitro.
