제목 Foamed Aluminum Toy cars by Casting Foaming Aluminum
초록 Foamed alumium toy cars are prepared by directly casting the foaming Al melt into plaster moulds. Using thermal decompostion kinetics equations of titanium hydride, the fabrication parameters of foamed toy cars are determined. The results show that the foamed car with relatively homogeneous pore structures can be made when the foaming agent (titanium hydride) decomposition time is relatively longer within the rapid gas generating stage.
