제목 Synthesis and Properties of Tissue-Compatible Polyurethane Plasters based on PEG/PDMS for Biomaterials
초록 To accomplish ideal wound-healing dressings and bone generation materials, the hydrophilic polyethylene glycol(PEG)/hydrophobic polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) based PU liquid plasters using ethyl alcohol as solvent are prepared. From the relationship between the composition and their properties, the optimized PEG/PDMS based PU liquid plasters for ideal wound-healing dressings and bone generation materials are developed. The effects of the PDMS content on the particle size, viscosity, mechanical property, water absorbability and water vapor transmission rate(WVTR) of polyurethane plasters were investigated.
