제목 Optical pH Sensor Based on Fluorescence Response of Nile Blue Derivative
초록 An optical pH sensor has been fabricated using a nile blue derivative, ETH5294 embedded in a plasticized PVC film. The sensor showed pH sensitivity when it was dipped into liquids at different pH solutions. Maximum emission of ETH5294 was obtained at 700 nm with excitation at 618 nm. The effects of compositions of PVC film, thickness and the stability of the film were investigated . The sensor was found to give reproducible results on fluorescence emission measurements in the pH range of 6.0 ­ 8.0.
