제목 Incorporation Gold Nanoparticles into Amphiphilic Linear-Hyperbranched Block Copolymers
초록 PEO-b-PPO-b-PEO block copolymers, known as Pluronics or Poloxamer, were well-established, biocompatible and amphiphilic. Substitution of the linear PEO blocks of Pluronics with hyperbranched polyglycerols would result in versatile structures. Based on the ring-opening multibranching polymerization principle, glycidol was polymerized onto linear aliphatic chain macroinitiators. Amphiphilic linear-hyperbranched ABA- triblock copolymers/gold nanoparticles were fabricated in the presence of HAuCl4. By mixing copolymers and different concentrations of aqueous HAuCl4 solution at room temperature, nanostructures were obtained through Au(lll) ions induced self-assembly processes. Infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscope, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic techniques were used to characterize each substance.
