제목 Isothermal one-pot detection of pathogen-derived RNAs
초록 Early diagnosis of infectious disesase is the key to make correct treatment and prevent the spread of the diseases. To diagnose the infectious disease early and accurately, nucleic acid-based diagnosis can be a good alternative to the conventional cultivation-based or immunoassay-based approaches due to their rapidity or specificity. Current approaches to nucleic acid detection generally require additional time, instruments and reagents with skilled personnel. In this study, we developed an isothermal one-step nucleic acid detection platform to overcome the difficulties of conventional molecular diagnostic method. Our isothermal diagnostic method uses one reaction buffer, doesn’t require any instrument or skilled personnel. Our platform can be used for a variety of point-of-care tests (POCT).
