Synthesis and Properties of Poly(2-ethynylpyridinium bromide) Derivative with the Dendritic Moieties |
초록 |
A new ionic conjugated polyacetylene, poly(2-ethynylpyridinium bromide) derivative with the bulky dendritic moieties was synthesized via the non-catalyst polymerization of 2-ethynylpyridine using dendritic benzyl bromide. The polymer structure was characterized by various instrumental methods to have the ionic conjugated polymer system with the designed dendritic benzyl moieties. The cyclovoltamograms of this polymer exhibited reversible electrochemical behaviors between the doping and undoping peaks. The photoluminescence spectra of polymer showed that the photoluminescence peak is located at 516 nm, corresponding to a photon energy of 2.41 eV. |
