Preparation and characterization of Pullulan-g-Poly(L Lysine) copolymer as an efficient gene delivery carrier |
초록 |
Recently, researches on the non-viral gene delivery have focused on the development of efficient gene carriers with excellent safety profiles. Polypeptide/polysaccharide graft copolymers poly(L-lysine)-graft Pullulan(Pul-g-PLL) were prepared by ring opening polymerization of ε-benzoxycarbonyl L-lysine N-carboxyanhydride (Z-l-lysine NCA) in the presence of Pullulan(Pul). The physicocheical properties of the Pul-g-PLL copolymer were investigated by using IR, 1H-NMR, Dynamic light scattering and Spectrofluorophotomerer. The PUL-g-PLL copolymer was investigated to efficient gene carrier. |
