초록 |
Reduction of volatile organic compounds (VOC) is an extremely important issue on next generation automotive adhesive technology. As a candidate for eco-friendly adhesive, water-borne polyacrylates have widely been studied for several years due to its diversity of chemical structures and attractive low prices. However, systematical research on effect of drying / curing condition on adhesive strength of water-borne polyacrylates has rarely been reported in spite of its commercial importance. For the reason, in this study, we designed a novel membrane dryer system which can precisely control internal environments such as humidity and temperature and investigated relationship between drying / curing condition and mechanical properties of thermo-crosslinkable waterborne poly (SBR-g-HEMA) / Poly (propylene-g-MAH) blend adhesive. |
