Conducting polymers has been fascinating many scientists all around the world with their unique electronic and physical properties. Innumerable applications of these polymers such as thin films for batteries, sensors and electrical devices have heen extensively reported. Especially, opto-electric devices often require polymeric transparent electrodes for improving devices performance and furthermore fabricating devices with only polymer components. In this study, we investigate the conductive PEDOT nano-films on flastic substrates and micropatternig prepared by vapor deposition polymerization using the self-assembling technique. The thin conductive films were uniformly fabricated between 40 and 70 nm, there surface resistance was enhanced until to 100ohm/□, and the light transmittance were also increased as up to 95 %. Also, We are fabrication of conductive PEDOT patterning using a UV lithography mathod. Then, patterns are successfully obtained with line widths down to 3um. |
