제목 Synthesis of free-standing patterned amphiphilic ultra-thin film by solution based molecular layer deposition
초록 The amphiphilic organic molecular network films were prepared via solution-based molecular-layer-deposition on patterned PVA surface with alternating depositions of tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)methane and phenylene diisocyanate. To produce free-standing patterned film, the patterned amphiphilic films were immersed in aqueous solvent. The morphology of the free-standing films was different according to size of pattern and the number of deposition cycles. Morphology and nanometer-scale thickness of the film was studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The UV absorption spectra were obtained to confirm growth behavior of films. Composition of the films was measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR).
