제목 Conducting Polymer Patterning for Printed Electronics via Vapor Deposition Polymerization Mediated Inkjet Printing
초록 Polyaniline (PANI) has been successfully patterned on flexible substrate using vapor deposition polymerization-mediated inkjet printing (VDP-IJP) method. For printed electronics, the patterning of PANI was investigated depending on oxidant concentrations, dopant concentrations and temperatures. Emeraldine salt PANI patterns were readily obtained at 70 ℃. The patterned PANI were characterized by FT-IR, UV-visible spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy.
