제목 Effect of Modified Buffer Layers on Bulk Heterojunction Polymer Photovoltaic Device
초록 We investigated the influence of anode buffer layers on device performance of bulk heterojunction (BHJ) polymer photovoltaic (PV) cell based on blends of poly(3-hexylthiophene) and [6,6]-phenyl C61 buytyric acid methyl ester. Three different PEDOT:PSSs consisted of different ratios of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and poly(styrenesulfonate) were used as buffer layers. Also PEDOT:PSS doped with different concentrations of polyalcohols has been tried to increase the conductivity of PEDOT:PSS. The results confirm that the series resistance was reduced and the photocurrent was enhanced in devices.
