Hyaluronic acid based hydrogel as injectable carrier of Human induced nephron cells for kidney regeneration |
초록 |
Hydrogels are considered as delivery stem cell carries for various medical applications because of their excellent water absorption and filling ability. Herein, we developed a hyaluronic acid/gelatin(CHO-HA/Gel-NH2) hydrogel for therapeutic kidney regeneration without any chemical crosslinking agents. Hydrogel were simple fabricated by mixing two polymer solutions. Hydrogel at ratio CHO-HA(10%)/Gel-NH2 (20%)=3/7 enhanced high swelling ratio, great mechanical property and slow degradation. Hydrogels were used to encapsulated Human induced nephron progenitor cells(iNPCs) to provide a microenvironment biocompatible with cell culture. iNPCs retained their proliferative capacity in the hydrogel and that the hydrogel could be used as a vehicle for the delivery of iNPCs. These results clearly indicated that the developed hydrogels have been excellent biocompatibility, which may be beneficial for kidney regeneration. |
