제목 Preparation and Anticancer effect of Flufenamic acid-loaded polymeric micelle for cancer therapy
초록 Flufenamic acid (FA) is known to have an anticancer effect against bladder cancer cells, but the anticancer effect is not good because the solubility of FA in water is very low. Therefore, research has been conducted to prepare polymer micelles composed of hydrophilic and hydrophobic substances to deliver insoluble drugs to cancer cells. In this study, soluble chitosan (LSC) was prepared using lauric acid (LA) and coupling agent. The chemical structure of LSC was investigated by 1H-NMR and FT-IR, and its critical aggregation concentration (CAC) was analyzed by fluorescence photometer. In addition, FA-loaded LSC (LSCF) nanoparticles were prepared by dialysis method. Drug content (DC) and encapsulation efficiency (EE) of the prepared LSCF were determined by UV-vis spectrophotometry, and cytotoxicity and anticancer activity were measured by MTT analysis. Experimental results show that the nanoparticles prepared in this study can be applied to anticancer drugs for bladder cancer cells.
