제목 Synthesis of high molecular weight thermoplastic Lignin polymer through Step Growth urethane polymerization
초록 The lignin-based polyurethane was synthesized with different reaction times in order to investigate a influence of reaction temperature on decomposition of polymers. The influence of the reaction temperature and time on thermal properties of lignin-polyurethane were demonstrated by several characterization techniques. The FR-IR results shows some strong peak at 3308 cm-1 (N-H) and 1603 cm-1 (NH-COO). The glass transiton temeperature of lignin-polyurethane is 70℃ and the initial decomposition temperature (Tid) of lignin-polyurethane is 198℃. Moreover, the molecular weight of lignin-polyurethane successfully increases up to 714000. As a results, the optimal reaction condition for lignin-polyurethane synthesis is able to make a marcro-polymer based lignin through a formation of urethane likages by chemical reaction with isocynantes and hydroxy group.
