제목 Preparation of polyacrylonitrile-derived porous carbon beads for lithium ion batteries
초록 In this study, porous carbon beads were prepared from polyacrylonitrile (PAN) beads. A 5 wt% solution of PAN in DMSO was added to deionized water containing Pluronic F127 using a syringe pump. The prepared porous PAN beads were irradiated with electron beams and then stabilized at 230 ºC for 30 min in air. In a comparative experiment, porous PAN beads were stabilized at 270 ºC for 2 h in air without electron beam irradiation. The stabilized PAN beads were carbonized under nitrogen atmosphere. The final porous carbon beads were investigated in terms of their physico-chemical structures and elements, carbonaceous structures, morphology, and electrochemical properties.
