Heat Treatment Effect on EMI absorption ofPoly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) Thin Films |
초록 |
Recently, as electronic devices become slimmer and lighter, the heat generated by these devices become a problem. Therefore the EM noise absorbers for the high temperature use are needed. Conducting polymers have drawn much interest in electromagnetic noise absorption and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding. We prepared poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) films for EMI absorption by in-situ chemical polymerization. The influences of thermal treatment on the EMI properties of PEDOT thin films under air and N2 atmosphere at the temperature range of by 100 ~ 250˚C were investigated. The conductivity and surface roughness was examined by 4-point probe method and atomic force microscopy (AFM) and power loss and shielding effectiveness were investigated by micro-strip line and 2-port coaxial line. |
