The evaluation of collagen coated cow bone graft materials for bone tissue engineering |
초록 |
The demineralized cow bone coated collagen type I was developed to investigate the effect of both with and without collagen coated cow bone for bone tissue engineering. Cow bone scaffolds were demineralized by DBM method and evaluated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), mercury porosimetry and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The in vitro evaluation of cow bone and collagen coated scaffold was done by MTT assay, BCA assay, Live/dead cell and immunofluorescent using mouse calvaria-derived preosteoblastic cells (MC3T3-E1). The collagen coated cow bone show the ability for supporting the cells proliferation and gene expression. Compare with original cow bone, the cow bone- collagen scaffold could be better for bone regeneration application. |
