The purpose of this study is to minimize overall Process Troubles/Accidents to be occurred in poor Design and Management in the fields of Chemical Plants and its Process Industries. Many kinds of Equipment and Processes in currently-running Plants and Industries are under severe conditions of gradually deteriorating situation. Those Accidents are critically polluting air and contaminating surface and sea waters. Aftereffects connected with those Accidents are finally making Human being, Animals and Plants, and Ecosystem ruin. So, We Chemical Engineers should prevent these kinds of Incidents by re-examining Design Core Parameters, Managing Essential Factors and Tools for PSTM Application, etc. Accordingly, this study analyzes overall designing Parameters, Symptoms, Factors and Tools, etc on the basis of Engineering Philosophy and Ethics. |
