제목 | Fabrication of Electrochemical Biosensor Composed of Multi-functional Aptamer/Rhodium Nanoplate Heterolayer for C-reactive Protein Detection in Human Serum |
초록 | To detect CRP, fabricated a CRP electrochemical biosensor consisting of 8 Ag+ intercalated multifunctional DNA aptamer (MF-Aptamer) and a porous rhodium nanoplate heterolayers on a micro-gap electrode. To increase conductivity, 8 Ag+ were inserted between the C-C mismatched sequences of MF Aptamer. The sensor proposed in this study can detect CRP in human serum, and the limit of detection is 0.814 pg/L.
