As the recent COVID-19 pandemic continues, global attention is focused on detecting viruses and proteins. In particular, interest in new types of virus research, such as COVID-19, has increased. Rapid investigation and research of viruses can predict the spread of similar infections and provide directions on how to prevent and deal with them. Immunofluorescence labeling help you understand cell structure and disease characteristics by focusing on specific proteins. Current scientists choose organic fluorescent dyes and inorganic quantum dots as fluorescent particles, which have the disadvantage of being easily transformed into ultraviolet light and inorganic quantum dots being biotoxic. In this study, experiments were conducted to detect specific protein structures by synthesizing organic-fluorescent nanoparticles. The stability of physical properties against changes in the external environment (acid, UV, heat) of nanoparticles was investigated through UV/Vis and PL analysis. |
