제목 Construction of Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy Biosensor to detect C-reactive protein
초록 C-reactive protein (CRP) is one of the important indicators as a biomarker of an inflammatory response. To detect CRP, a bioprobe composed of DNA 3-way junctions and gold nanoplates was fabricated and measured by surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). As a result, the SERS biosensor has excellent potential as a CRP detection platform.
