제목 Immobilization of tyrosinase in carboxylic acid-modified MWNT electrodeand its application for sensing phenolics in red wines
초록 Tyrosinase can be esily immobilized in carboxylic acid-modified-MWNT electrode, because of carboxylic acid group of hydrophilic properties. So we performed the radiation-graft polymerization of methacrylic acid acrylic acid in the presence of MWNT in order to introduce carboxylic acid group. Subsequently, we prepared the biosensor by mixing tyrosinase, MWNT with carboxylic acid and chitosan as binder, subsequently the enzyme solution was coated on the surface of ITO glass electrode by hand casting.The prepared biosensor was determined the sensing efficiency for phenols.As results, thebiosensor was high sensitivity.
