초록 We fabricated white organic light-emitting diodes with different thickness of the emissive layers using device structure of ITO/NPB/TCTA:Rubrene;BCzVBi/BPhen/Liq/Al. The emissive layer is composed of TCTA as host material, Rubrene as red dopant and BCzVBi as blue dopant to obtain white emission. The current density is obviously dependent on the layer thickness and controlled by physical properties in the bulk of the layers examining current-voltage characteristics. Through the spectroscopic analysis using multi-peak fits by Gaussian function to the electroluminescence spectrum, we obtained quantitatively relative light intensity of the two dopants as a function of the emissive layer thickness and the applied bias voltage. Energy levels of rubrene and BCzVBi provide useful information on the light emission mechanism and energy transfer in the host-dopant system in the emissive layer.
