제목 Synthesis of Fe3O4@Organic Dyes@SiO2 NPs; highly fluorescent silica nanoparticles with magnetic properties.
초록 In this report, water-soluble magnetic nanoparticle-cores silica-shells nanostructures (Fe3O4@Organic Dyes@SiO2 NPs) with dual superparamagnetic-fluorescent property have been successfully synthesized using reverse microemulsion (water-in-oil) method. Spherical Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4 NPs) with the mean size of 10~15nm were initially prepared via the co-precipitation of FeCl3.6H2O and FeCl2.4H2O. The as-prepared Fe3O4 NPs were then modified with sodium oleate in order to prevent intrinsic aggregation of magnetic nanoparticles. Fe3O4 NPs and organic dyes could be encapsulate within a silica matrix during the growth process to prepare core-shell Fe3O4@Organic dyes@SiO2 NPs. In order to prevent the leakage of organic dye from the prepared core-shell structure, we prepared double-layered silica nanoparticles by the sequential condensation of TEOS and APTES.
