| 제목 | Application of rice hull fiber for improvement of packaging paper properties |
| 초록 | In this study, the application of rice hull fiber to the packaging paper made with OCC pulp were evaluated. The addition of rice hull fibers in the OCC pulp resulted in the increase in bulk and in opacity but leaded to the reduction in strength properties. In order to improve the surface properties of rice hull fiber, the ozone treatment was applied with various condition. The ozone treatment of rice hull fiber leaded to recover in the strength properties. The results showed that the rice hull fibers could be used as special fiber source for improving the paper structure.
