제목 Diverse cycloalkane derivatives with high ring-strain energies integrated into reactive plasticizers capable of coupling with energetic binders through 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition
초록 In this research, diverse cycloalkane derivatives embedded highly reactive plasticizers (RPs) composed of an activated terminal acetylene moiety are synthesized. These RPs are found to work properly as a general plasticizer in azido prepolymer-based polyurethane (PU) formulation process and then complete the chemical connection with azide groups of azido prepolymer in PU curing process. Aiming at exhibiting a promising plasticization and high reactivities to prepolymers in PU curing reaction, structural diversity of RPs on the plasticization effect to prepolymers and thermodynamic study of click reaction with prepolymers are investigated in detail. Rheological investigations and decrease in glass transition temperature of prepolymers plasticized by RPs are conducted by viscosity measurements and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
