제목 Nanoparticles Prepared using Fatty Acids and Thermo-Sensitive Polymers
초록 Nanoparticles were prepared by electrostatically attaching anionic fatty acids (FAs) to cationic hydrophilic poly (N-isopropylacrylamide-co-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) (P(NIPAM-co-DMAEMA)) by salt bridge. According to the results, lipid nanoparticles or both lipid nanoparticles and polymeric micelles could be obtained. The sizes of nanoparticles were increased in case of at low pH (pH<4) or high temperature (T>32℃). In conclusion, the nanoparticles in our research were thought to be both pH- and temperature- sensitive and could be used as drug or gene delivery carriers.
