Self-aggregation behavior of Poly(α,β-dimethylaminoethyl aspartamide) grafted withdidodecylamine in aqueous media |
초록 |
Poly(α,β-dimethylaminoethyl aspartamide) grafted with didodecylamine was synthesized and confirmed by 1H-NMR. This polymer has amphiphilic property due to coexistence of hydrophilic polymer backbone and hydrophobic alkyl chain. It forms self-assembled structure with the direct dissolution method in aqueous solution and its behaviors can be controlled by changing degree of substitution (DS) which influences hydrophilic/hydrophobic ratio. Morphologies of aggregates were observed through the TEM image and (+) charge of the polymer backbone was proved by zeta potential. It is expected that this new polymer nano particle can be applied successfully as a drug carrier. |
