제목 The synthesis of porous MnO/C composite electrodes prepared by self-expanding process
초록 The manganese oxide and carbon (MnO/C) composites using the composite solution, which is composed of manganese nitrate and gelatin in water were prepared by gelatin-expanded formation, the distribution of manganese ions by gelatin, and followed by proper thermal process. The morphology of MnO/C by self-expanding effects provides (i) high specific surface area by mesoporous sponge-like structure, (ii) the effective distribution of MnO in the gelatin-based carbon, and (iii) the increased charge transfer by the intimate contact between the electrode and the electrolyte, resulting from the enhancement of the rate capability as well as electrochemical stability.
