제목 Highly Stretchable and Transparent Organic Nanofiber Transistors Based on Electrospun Core-Shell Nanofibers
초록 Semiconducting nanofibers (NFs) have been regarded as promising candidates as active layers for stretchable electronics for wearable smart electronic devices which considered as a next-generation electronic device. Generally, electrospinning is a powerful method for fabrication of 1-D nanomaterials with various compositions. We report stretchable and transparent transistors based on core-shell NFs. Because of the composition of the electrospun core-shell NFs as stretchable and semiconducting part, fabricated cores-shell NFs showed high stretchability compared with single-composition semiconducting NFs. For the fabrication of stretchable transistors, elastomeric polymers were utilized for substrate and dielectric layers. As a result, the stretchable NF-based transistors showed stable device operations with various strains. Our results provide the high possibility of NF-based transistors for use as stretchable active layers in wearable electronics.
