제목 The effects of silane cross-linking on the thermal properties of low density polyethylene
초록 In this work, silane-modified low density polyethylene(LDPE) were prepared to obtain highly gelatated polyolefin fibers. Silane-grafting were observed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The thermal properties of LDPE were observed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Gel content of cross-linked samples was determined gravimetrically, according to ASTM D 2765. It was observed that the gel content increased with an increase in silane concentration.
