제목 Preparation of honeycomb patterned poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) hydrogel films immobilizing silver nano particles
초록 Honeycomb-patterned poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide)(PNIPAAm) coated with nanometer-sized silver particles were prepared using honeycomb-patterned polystyrene(PS) template films fabricated by casting a polystyrene. Silver was metallized on the PS films via silver nitrate(AgNO3) reduction using tetrathiafulvalene(TTF) and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP). the silver-metallized PS films were filled with NIPAAm pre-gel solution for photopolymerization to PNIPAAm. Silver-coated patterned PNIPAAm were obtained by peeling from the PS film. the honeycomb-patterned PNIPAAm were coated with silver particles. Ag-immobilized hydrogel was different depending on temperature because PNIPAAm is temperature sensitive hydrogel. A number of released Ag nano particles detected by UV-vis spectroscopy. Temperature dependent silver delivery from PNIPAAm was also observed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The delivery of Ag particles was higher at the lower temperature.
