Electrical Properties of Silicone Composites Filled with Silver Coated Copper/Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes Modified Silicone Oil |
초록 |
The purpose of experimental is to confirm the electrical properties of silicone composites filled with silver coated copper (SCC)/silicone-modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) prepared by solution processing. The pristine MWNTs are oxidized (COOH-MWNTs) and converted to the acyl chloride functionalized MWNTs using thionyl chloride (Cl-MWNTs). Cl-MWNTs modified successfully with silicone oil (Si-MWNTs). Fourier transform infra red spectrometer (FTIR) and thermo gravimetric analyzer (TGA) results show that COOH-MWNTs is converted to Cl-MWNTs, which was subsequently reacted with silicone oil. And the difference of morphology of COOH-MWNTs and Si-MWNTs is observed by high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM). The AC conductivity of the frequency dependence and shielding effectiveness (SE) are measured by dielectric analyzer (DEA) and vector network analyzer (VNA). |
