Solution-Grown 1D-microwire of Diketopyrrolopyrrole based Semiconductors for High Performance Organic Electronic Devices |
초록 |
Conjugated organic materials that can be self-assembled into nano/micro structures and easily processed from solution are useful for high performance organic electronic devices. In this aspect, highly oriented 1D-microwires of diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) based molecular semiconductors on cross-linked poly(vinylphenol) gate dielectrics have been prepared, characterized, and applied to the fabrication of electronic devices. As a result, solution-grown single-crystalline wires of an alkylthiophene substituted DPP shows field-effect hole mobility value of 0.14 cm2/V.s which is 75 times higher to its film based device counterpart. In addition, a photosensitivity (P) of 800 and photoresponsivity (R) of 830 mA/W has been achieved from 1D-microwires of a carbazole endcapped DPP derivative. |
