제목 A Poly(L-lactide-ε-caprolacton) Nanofiber Cell Sheet Scaffold for Tissue Engineering of Small Diamter Vascular Grafts
초록 A major difficulty to the development of a small diameter tissue engineeried vascular graft less than 6 mm is about the scaffold. To overcome limitations associated to the scaffold, engineered vascular constructs have been investigated as an alternative for vascular reconstruction. In these study, We researched on developing small diameter vascular grafts in vitro by seeding smooth muscle cells onto the electrospun scaffolds, culturing and construct 3D vascular.
