제목 Prediction of smoke risk rating of combustible substances according to Chung's equations-V & Chung's equation-VI
초록 In this study, Chung's equations-V and Chung's equation-VI were newly devised to evaluate the smoke risk of wood and plastic, which are building materials in case of fire. These are smoke performance index-V (SPI-V), smoke growth index-V (SGI-V), and smoke risk index-VI (Smoke risk index-VI, SRI-VI). Smoke properties were measured for the specimens using a cone calorimeter (ISO 5660-1) equipment. In conclusion, it is understood that the risk of smoke due to fire is high because materials that are easy to burn have a low smoke performance index-V and a high smoke growth index-V. This can be comprehensively evaluated with the Smoke Risk Index-VI.
