제목 Synthesis and characterization of CZTS thin films by sulfurization of Cu-Zn-Sn metallic precursor
초록 Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films were synthesized by RF magnetron sputtering deposited Cu-Zn-Sn metallic precursors. The precursors were made by metallic target which has ratio of Cu ( Zn+Sn ) : 0.8 and Cu/Sn : 1.2. and further sulfurization in sealed quartz tube of conventional furnace. Sulfurization temperature fixed at 550 °C and 575 °C . Soft annealing temperature was varied from 300 °C to 400 °C. Sulfurization time was maintained for each step at 1h. Prior to sulfurize, the soft annealing was proceeded at variable temperatures to form binary compounds such as Cu-Zn and Cu-Sn. Effect of soft annealing on the structural, compositional, and chemical binding energy properties was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, respectively. We confirmed that the films morphology was influenced by soft annealing and it showed enhanced morphology than the films synthesized without soft-annealing.
