The introduction of nanoparticles (NPs) into soft lithography materials has been actively studied. NPs have sophistication and functionality through various structures and size adjustments. Soft lithography can produce a wide variety of three-dimensional and curved structures, can be controlled using a variety of materials, and is inexpensive. Here, we developed a soft lithography patterned protein sensor using nanoparticles. 8 nm GNPs (gold nanoparticles) and a mixture of ethane dithiol to prepare a GNP pattern through a PDMS mold. The GNPs pattern is etched to have the desired negative charge on the surface and the positively charged protein is easily attached to the GNPs pattern surface. The surface conductivity of the GNPs pattern is changed so that a sensor can be easily detected. |
