제목 | Dielectric Properties of BaTiO3-(Bi0.5, Na0.5)TiO3-NaNbO3 by Hydrothermal synthesis. |
초록 | MLCCs(Multi Layer Ceramic Capacitors) generally require high capacitance and high temperature dependence. BaTiO3 Ceramics are used to dielectric materials because of its high permittivity. However, BaTiO3 ceramics have weak high temperature dependence derived from ferroelectric-paraelectric transition. For compensation, BaTiO3-based complex systems are considered to fulfill the high temperature dependence and high permittivity. BaTiO3-(Bi0.5,Na0.5)TiO3-NaNbO3 (BT-BNT-NN)system considered as one of the complex compositions, because BNT and NN has higher Curie Temperature than pure BT. BT, BNT, NN are generally synthesized by conventional solid-state reaction, which has issues such as ununiform particle sizes and compositonal inhomogenious. In this study, BT and BNT, NN nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrothermal reaction for uniform particles. As a result, the microstructure was uniformly controlled, and the dielectric constant was increased by reducing the particle size. The microstructure observed by Fe-SEM and crsytal structure and phase fromation figured out via XRD. The dielectric properties such as high Temperature dielectric permittivity, loss measured at 1khz ~ 1Mhz. |
