제목 Reduced graphene oxide(rGO) Patterning by Selective Deposition of Electrostatic Spray process
초록 Reduced graphene oxide(rGO) have been demonstrated as promising materials in transperent electrodes applications based on their unique properties including high theoretical surface area and notable electrical conductivity. On the one hand, rGO is easy to handle and has compatibility because solution process is possible. Therefore, there have been lots of attempts to apply the various processes or to manufacture electrode devices made of rGO. Expecially, rGO patterning is attracting attention because it is a key technology for manufacturing high quality nano thickness electrodes. However, current processes like masking methods and lithography methods are relatively expensive and require additional equipment. Electrostatic spray deposition (ESD) presents a new way in the simple and inexpensive fabrication of graphene pattern. In this study, a reduced graphene oxide (rGO) solution was used in the EDS process. rGO was obtained by hydrothermal synthesis and annealing of oxidized graphene and sprayed with selective deposition on conducting pattern following the high electric field. As a result, the pattern is formed on the polymer film and confirmed the conduction characteristics of patterned rGO through Hall effect measurements and demonstrated the patterning through optical microschopy.
The rGO pattern on the polymer film shows the potential for a transparent and flexible electrode.
