제목 Characteristics and Controlled Dissolution of Celecoxib Solid Dispersion
초록 We prepared nanoparticles containing insoluble celecoxib by the method of solid dispersions using spray dryer to improve solubility of celecoxib. We used PVP K-30, eudragit EPO as a water soluble carrier for the solid dispersion, and SLS as a surfactant. Characterization of celecoxib solid dispersion was performed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), x-ray diffraction (XRD) and fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results of SEM, DSC and XRD demonstrated that celecoxib is amorphous in solid dispersion. The in vitro test was implemented to confirm characteristic of dissolution of celecoxib solid dispersion in gastric juice (pH 1.2). This studies showed improvement of dissolution rate of celecoxib by water soluble polymer and spray drying. This research was supported by MIFAFF (112007-05-1-SB010) and the MEST (2012M3A9C6050203).
