There has been considerable interest recently in the encapsulation of nanomaterials because their unique properties depend on their size and composition. In this study, for the preparation of functional nanomaterials with high stability in water, poly(ethylene oxide-b-2-cinnamoyloxyethyl methacrylate-b-methyl methacrylate) (PEO-PCEMA-PMMA) amphiphilic ABC triblock copolymer was synthesized via atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and used as an encapsulating block copolymer surfactant for gold nanoparticels and organic dyes. |
