The membranes properties such as water uptake, proton exchange capacity, and mechanical properties are mainly decided by their structures and polymer chain conformations. The membranes structures are influenced by their preparation process. The prepared fibers by electrospinning method have nano or micro structures. In this work, we prepared sulfonated-SEBS proton exchange membrane via electrospinning. Its thickness is 90~110㎛, diameter, 500nm~1㎛ and proton conductivity, 3.2x10-2S/cm. The proton conductivity of prepared sulfonated-SEBS membrane via electrospinning is much higher than that of membrane prepared by solutions casting method. |
