This paper study on the characteristics of perfume extraction from rose in super- critical carbon dioxide condition. The purpose of this study is comparing of chemical composition and trapping efficiency which extracted floral fragrances by traditional and supercritical fluid. Extraction sample of supercritical fluid, extract with carbon dioxide supercritical fluid and absorbent in methanol solvent in 80, 100, 120 bar pressure condition and 40℃, 50℃ temperature condition. The difference of pressure and Temperature condition make the difference of oil composition and trapping amount. When compare with traditional method, the new composition of chemicals are added. but, because of low temperature and no chemical solvent, like as solvent extraction it takes not expected materials with floral fragrances. Volatile compounds witch evaporise in ambient temperature and pressure is extracted comparatively low pressure and low temperature under supercritical condition. Relative trapping efficiency is vary different with boiling methode and similar with solvent extraction methode but selectivity is vary high when compare with solvent extraction methode. it can make high purity product. |
