Multifunctional Nanoprobe with Magnetic, Fluorescence and Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) for cellular application |
초록 |
Magnetic nanoparticle (NP) has promising potential in the separation of small amounts of analytes. Especially, superparamagnetic nanoparticle has been used separation of cancer cell in bioapplication. Nanoparticle with SERS (Surface-enhanced Raman scattering) property has many advantages in optical analysis of biological samples, such as narrow signal bandwidth and high stability to photobleaching. Moreover, fluorescence modality can provide easy visualization and rapid scanning for imaging. Here, we introduce a multifunctional nanocomposite, which is consist of superparamagnetic NPs, Ag NPs and fluorescence shell. The nanoprobe is expected to be useful for rapid, sensitive detection and separation of biological targets. |
