제목 Colorimetric Sensing Application of Triangular Silver Nanoplates with a Non-Halide Etchant
초록 The synthesis of Ag nanostructures with well-defined shapes has been an area of interest because of the unique properties of surface plasmons. The certain shape of this nanostructure can be obtained by adding some halide ions or other inorganic materials. In the current work, we introduced specific monomer as an etchant of triangular silver nanoplates. When aged with this monomer, these nanoplates transformed into oblate nanospheroids and exhibit distinct colors in different temperature. This correlation between shape evolution and the aging temperature can be applied as colorimetric sensing of temperature indicator.
